AIPrice SERVICE TERMS OF USE

Please read these terms of use ("Terms") carefully before using the aiprice.dev API service (the "Service") provided by AiPrice ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

<h3>API Service</h3>
1.1 License: Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for the purpose of integrating it into your own software application or website ("AiPrice").

1.2 Restrictions: You agree not to:
(a) Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the Service;
(b) Use the Service to develop a competing service;
(c) Use the Service in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations;
(d) Use the Service in any manner that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks;
(e) Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels on the Service.

<h3>Use of Stripe</h3>
2.1 Integration with Stripe: The Service integrates with the Stripe payment processing platform ("Stripe") to handle payment transactions. By using the Service, you agree to comply with Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy, which are available on the Stripe website.

2.2 Data Transfer: In order to facilitate payment processing, certain data, including personal information and payment details, may be transmitted to and from Stripe. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the security or handling of data transmitted to or from Stripe. We encourage you to review Stripe's privacy practices and security measures.

<h3>Intellectual Property</h3>
3.1 Ownership: We retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all intellectual property rights. No license or right is granted to you except as expressly provided in these Terms.

3.2 Feedback: If you provide us with any suggestions, feedback, or improvements relating to the Service ("Feedback"), you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate such Feedback into the Service without any obligation or compensation to you.

<h3>Disclaimer of Warranty</h3>
4.1 No Warranty: The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

<h3>Limitation of Liability</h3>
5.1 Exclusion of Damages: In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

<h3>Termination</h3>
6.1 Termination: We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice or liability.

<h3>Services</h3>
7.1 AiPrice.dev offers a free plan of the service that includes 50 free credits every month. You do not need a credit card to sign up for this plan. 

7.2 Credits will be reloaded once every month on the same date you purchased or subscribed to AiPrice. No manual action is needed and the credits will be reloaded automatically. 

7.3 We use your email entered during the registration process for marketing purposes as well as for informing you about your subscription and other notifications. 

7.4 Should you terminate your subscription, we will delete all your history and data and nothing will be left on our services.

7.5 We do not refund payments for credits already used and do not refund partial credits. Refunds will be determined on a per basis request and are not guaranteed.

7.6 By entering your email and signing up you agree to all the terms and conditions as provided in this document.

<h3>Miscellaneous</h3>
8.1 Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements.

8.2 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect until terminated in accordance with these Terms.

8.3 Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

8.4 Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. We may freely assign or transfer these Terms without restriction.

8.5 Amendments: We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on our website or notifying you through other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of the modified Terms.
